This is the second time I have used Outlook flooring. Both times were wonderful experiences. Jeannie who came to my home to discuss my needs and wants as well as measure was very helpful, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Everyone from Angie at the Rock Hill office (who helped us choose our flooring) to the project manager to the installers were professional, attentive and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. The team of installers never took a break, working continuously until the job was done. I would highly recommend Outlook flooring, you won't be disappointed.
