“I didn’t get the loan I asked for but service was still good. I worked with Latavia. She was friendly throughout the whole process. I’m still disappointed that I drove so far and didn’t get the loan. I wish there was a better way than driving all the way there with the possibility of being turned down. I was advised that because I’m in NC the laws differ and the application couldn’t be completed by phone or internet without still coming in. I probably won’t be taking that drive again in the future. But thumbs up to the good service reps 👍”
