The trainers and staff are excellent. Josh, Austin and Dylan, in particular have been very helpful. I am in a wheelchair, but I am able to use the pool and participate in the group fitness sessions. Josh and Austin have helped me modify many of the group exercises to accommodate my wheelchair. The new “head janitor” is such a friendly face in the mornings. She does such a good job keeping the place clean in the mornings. Emily is also a smiling presence when I arrive. Overall, the staff is attentive, welcoming, and available for questions, etc. Yes, the physical maintenance is a bit disappointing, but this great staff makes up for that for me, anyway. Hats Off to Sean and Fabiana!!! Great Customer Service. Observant and Engaging. The Atmosphere was Awesome. Everyone was Friendly and Helpful. Clean Environment. Various Classes being held. It seemed like everyone was excited to have been at this location today. Glad to have attended this gym. My Go To in the Near Future when in S.C.
Very good gym has lots of machines and free weights. Also has a lot of cardio equipment and the gym is big with plenty of room to train. Also the staff are friendly and the manager Dylan is a nice guy willing to help members when needed.
