Quick service nice sales.No pressure for "add on" . BUT $35 higher than competitor!! I used synthetic oil. Reasonable cost on air filter. Outside of price, good experience.Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

I took my car here last Saturday for a EVAC and Recharge on my Acura and they did an excellent job and service was good. Today I took it back at around 12:30-1pm for the front brakes and rotors replaced. When I got there the wrong brakes were deliver but that wasn’t their fault the place they got it from delivered the wrong ones. They then called around and couldn’t get my specific ones the same day. So the mechanic went out of his way to drive to Charlotte to get my brakes and rotors. When he arrived around 3:50 he had my brakes done and me out the door in a maximum of 15 minutes. I just had my first service done at Jiffy Lube and I can say with full sincerity that I will be returning! Micheal and Ken serviced my car and they had the best customer service. They worked with me and took into consideration my situation and we found a solution that worked for all of us! Not to mention the environment was very clean and the problem and solutions were all laid out for me in a comprehensive manner. I'm so grateful for all their help and they have earned my loyalty! A+ service guys!
