First and foremost, the level of personability I experienced was beyond compare. As a first-time client, I was slightly apprehensive about entrusting my beloved pup to a new groomer. However, the staff at this establishment immediately put me at ease with their warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm for their work. They took the time to get to know both my dog and me, asking about any specific concerns or preferences I had. Been here twice now and it will be my go to place for my puppy for years to come. The staff has been kind and knowledgeable (usually get an “I don’t know” at the chains when asking questions). The prices are comparable, or better, than the chain stores. I don’t feel overwhelmed with options, but know the choices available are top quality! Just go and see for yourself :)
