We have been using Dixie Exterminating for about four years now. Annual indoor sugar ant maintenance, carpenter bees and more recently fire ants. Lori manages the office amazingly!! Always very responsive and informative. Prices are fair and they always arrive when scheduled, no long arrival windows, but actual scheduled times. Would highly recommend.

I use Dixie every year to do my termite I inspection. As always, I had no problem scheduling an appointment and the technician called as expected and asked if he could come on a little early - sure! I had had some work done under my house a couple of years ago and I had begun to worry a problem that had supposedly been fixed by someone else had reappeared. Sure enough, when the technician reappeared and explained his findings, my suspicions were confirmed. He had gone to the trouble to photograph the problem so I could immediately pass those photos on to my repair guys, saving us all time and energy bc they could tell enough from the photos about what was going on. I would highly recommend Dixie Exterminating Company. We've been having unusual problems with ants and Dixie has been persistently helping us with our battle with ants. We have a service every 3 months but are in a bad area with ants and they come out any time in between to do more exterminating to help us get rid of the ants. A big shout out to Lori and all the kindness and help she has provided each time. The service people have been professional and on time and sometimes early. I choose to give small business my money these days and Dixie has been worth it. Please call them if you have a problem.
