I had a wonderful experience with the Cushion Connection. There was a problem with the delivery (which was NOT their fault) and they made good on the order, even putting it through on a "rush". I worked with Michelle and she wrote to me immediately every time I needed to contact the business. I think the cushions look great - just as I had envisioned. I would highly recommend this company... of course, just allow some time for the cushions to be made based on your fabric selection.

cushions took 6 weeks. weirdly the company never sent a follow up email to let me know they were processing. big assumption on my part that they were being manufactured. i finally emailed(after 4 weeks) and got a prompt reply. the cushions were being processed. the pillow fabric was back ordered but they all showed up together. the cushions seem well made. i am hoping because they are sunbrella they will hold up for a while. my one star is for the lack of any follow up after i placed my order. nada, nothing!
