We arrived over 45 mins early for our appt (my daughter is in high school and their dismissal time was too close to the appt time, so I picked her up earlier than usual so as to not disrupt the actual dismissal process for the rest of the class/school) and after signing in we sat down in the lobby to wait, I figured maybe coming earlier than the appointed time would allow her to be seen earlier, depending on how busy their schedule was for the day. After waiting over a hour, the lady in charge of the orthopedic visits came to ask us if we wanted to reschedule my daughter's Ortho consult while we waited, since we missed the original appt due to sickness in our house. I will say the nurse with the locs was cool. I don’t like that I got up early to listen to a person complain about how she slept early then proceed to talk about ppl who don’t answer or put their office on block lists because they excessively call you to make sure you are coming. I got seen to be told nothing was wrong and that I had a sinus infection which I do not. The next day I went to another dentist who determined I needed all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled which I completed yesterday. They may it hard to be seen with people who have jobs. The new dentist, Dr Nguyen was amazing. He was very patient with my child(she's very nervous about the dentist and was a bit theatrical this morning) and got the work done quickly. We like him much better than the previous Dr and will be happy to continue our treatment at Creston going forward.
