This was sent to the Director a few months ago and it still applies today.
I'm writing to commend your amazing staff. In the last month my friends and me have had the pleasure of receiving help from three outstanding members of your team. I sent an email to Delfene inquiring about the assessment procedure for my 92-year-old friend. The very next day your receptionist Wendy called and explained how my friend could be assessed. She was so polite and helpful and even gave me the best time for my friend to call back and schedule the assessment.
