The job was not well done, but they went completely out of their way to make sure the roof was completely repaired to everyone's satisfaction. They did not stop until the roof and surrounds were done right. The president of the company was lovely to deal with, and they kept at it, politely and at a loss to themselves. Brown's exceeded expectations for a roofing estimate, and their past work was not only top notch but completed with care, professionalism, and generosity. The roofer was prompt and took the time to walk through all of the details. They have a good reputation and submitted a reasonable estimate for a new roof. They expedited a team to remedy a leak and had their drywall guys fix the affected area. They even called to schedule additional sealing of the flashing to avoid any further issues. Highly recommended.
I have to preface my review by saying that after Hurricane Helene, Brown Roofing came to repair a flat roof over my sunroom. The job was not well done. That being said, after I contacted them again, they went completely out of their way to make sure my roof was completely repaired to everyone's satisfaction. This included a second complete re-roof because the crew left some materials out. They did NOT STOP until the roof and surrounds were done right. There is a lot to be said for customer service! Any contractor can have an unfortunate time with a crew. But Brown's kept at it, politely and at a loss to themselves. The president of the company was lovely...read full review
We recently reached out to Brown's roofing for a roofing estimate and once again ,Brown's exceeded our expectations. This isn't our first time working with Brown's , in 2022 they completed a repair on our roof and did such a great job, that we didn't hesitate to reach out to them again for another roofing need.
Their past work was not only top notch , but completed with care, professionalism and generosity. Because of that positive experience, we were quick to consider them for our next roofing needs.

Our 25 year old roof suffered some wind damage and needed to be replaced. I called several companies for an estimate. Browns had a good reputation and submitted a reasonable estimate. They did an excellent job installing a new roof and removed all the waste. A month later we found a leak caused by one of the downspouts. Browns expedited a team to remedy the situation and had their drywall guys fix the small area in the garage affected. They even called to schedule additional sealing of the flashing to avoid any further issues. Highly recommended.
