I went yesterday for a 60 minute massage, 30 minute stretching and 10 minute cupping. Nancy worked on me and did great. She applied good firm pressure on my back and hips and upper glutes, which have always been tight from squatting at the gym. She was good at finding trigger points and pausing to apply pressure at the sensitive spots, and far as the cupping, she placed them at the exact area on my back where I had knots at. Only thing I hated was the traffic on the way there, but was worth it and I will plan to visit again soon.

My wife and I have had massages all over the place: Charlotte, Asheville, Raleigh, Charleston, Nashville, high end Mexican resorts….NONE compare to the massages from Annie’s. These ladies know how to get it done. At one point they were on the table straddling us to get that deep tissue. They are so kind and accommodating too. We always do a couples massage, $120 for an hour (2 people), so $1 per minute massage and it’s a good one. We even buy gift cards and give them as gifts and now a lot of our friends go often too. Absolutely one of the best massages I have ever had. I had several knots in my back and Vicky did an excellent job of making me feel comfortable and getting the job done. This was my first time coming to their spa but it won't be my last :-)
