I have utilized Adkins Home Inspections on 3 separate occasions, most recently 9/15/23. Ric has earned 5+ stars every time. The attention to detail is as impeccable, as it is important. I really appreciate the way he points out the critical issues while on site, so you can better understand the report when it comes. Purchasing a property is such a big investment, and Ric has always made sure there weren't any surprises. We worked with Ric for our first attempt at a home purchase- his thorough and clear report helped us see that there were far too many issues to safely live in the house. His explanations saved us a lot of time and money and led us to look for our dream house. He inspected the new home and again did the work we knew he would. We received detailed reports with every single nook and cranny examined and explained. He is patient, observant and incredibly kind. I can't recommend him highly enough

When I recommend home inspectors I have a list of inspectors which includes Rick. I met him through a client and I’ve used him personally on my purchase bc I purchased an older home early 1900s and 1940s home. I wanted someone who I trust and someone I knew who personally buys and flips and inspects these older homes. Find the issues tell you and helps you truly understand!
