Jaimie, was amazing with knowledge and was so helpful to work diligently to get a technician to our home even taking into consideration of the holiday. We are so grateful for her kindness and her determination to get us help as soon as possible.
Ian; the technician that arrived was a wealth of knowledge and explained a great deal on the system, did an extensive check to make sure everything was flowing perfectly and had the service done do quickly. He was so kind and a wealth of knowledge.

These folks really care. I’ve had problems this week, turns out it’s my well. Jamie gets us right on the schedule. She’s very helpful and her customer service is A+!! Thank you Jamie for sending Shannon to be our hero!!

UPDATE: After speaking with the owners they came back to our house and made everything right. We are very happy with the work that they did and appreciate that they were willing to come back and install new fixtures that work and are of higher quality. Be warry and know what they are installing. They installed the cheapest fixtures and then they didn't work properly. It is our fault that we should have checked if they worked before we signed off but now they won't come back and fix what is broken because we signed off on the work. They are threatening a lien on our house if we don't pay them even though one bathroom doesn't work properly.
