These ladies are true Master's of the art .... they do not rush you out of the chair for next appointment like the chains with young inexperienced persons will leaving your head a mess. A Cut Above is truly that. They are experienced enough to stay on schedule all the while makeing you comfortably weather thats engaging in intelligent conversation, or just letting you relax while being pampered .
