Never once have they missed my service or failed to respond to any concerns or questions. Top rated in their industry for I know plenty neighbors who want but don't receive this same excellent service.
The service is dependable, but I have a family of 6, which means it's a boat load of trash accumulated each week. I tried to get another trash can added, but was told I would have to pay double the price monthly. To say that I was dissatisfied is an understatement. I will not renew my yearly contract when this year is over!
