Today was my first visit with this salon and with Josie. I am beyond thrilled! First, I was able to be seen the very afternoon I called. Secondly, at the time, I was notified that the credit card machine was down and only check or cash would be accepted. Thus, forcing me to cancel my appointment. However, moments later, I received a call that they would be able to work out my use of the credit card (which they did by sending me a secure link allowing me to enter my information). My hair is fine but thick in places. Linda Ambrose, the owner, gave me a fantastic cut - a stacked Bob! She was very careful to ensure it was even and matched a photo on the web. She did not have a previous cut to go by, as I had really let my hair go without cutting for several months.I couldn't be more pleased with my haircut! My hair looks fuller and feels much lighter! Just got a great cut and style from Tia..she is great! I went thru 3 stylists before I found Tia..she is sweet, professional and fast and did exactly what I wanted..... 5 BIG STARS!!!!!!!!
