Anthony was who I first came in contact with after my roof began leaking into my bedroom and I knew that I needed help. He was prompt, knowledgeable, personable, and efficient. Anthony & Mark were professional and honest when they talked to us about the roof; they showed us photos and answered any questions we had, and explained what happened with our roof. Andrew was our project manager. He also answered any questions we had during and after the roof application and showed us photos of the completed work. He was up on the roof making sure everything was done to their high standards; he was very professional and easy to talk to. Andrew was onsite everyday, keeping us informed on how the roofers were progressing. The roofers did an amazing job! Got here early and worked for hours before even taking a lunch break. Absolutely amazing! Everyone I encountered at this company whether by phone or in person was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. On the phone I spoke with Paulette and Sidney. Paulette was my initial point of contact and Sidney was the person who scheduled my roof replacement and was my point person. They were both very helpful and addressed any of my concerns. Isaiah was my first in-person contact. He inspected the existing roof and went over the video showing me the issues and then explained very thoroughly the products so that I was able to make an informed decision.
