We had a slight issue on our order and received the wrong product. They worked through it and shipped a replacement out and the new one is fantastic. Glad someone still stands behind their product and quality. 1st class customer service.

I was online looking for a wooden map design company and came across Fire and Pine. I worked with Samantha and from start to finish she was so helpful and knowledgeable. She even followed up after I received my piece to make sure I was happy. I highly recommend this company and Samantha to anyone.

I reached out to Fire and Pine through their Facebook page after seeing several items in local shops. I loved the quality of the maps but I wanted a different color that wasn’t offered on the website. They were able to do a custom map using raised ink with the color we wanted. I also asked about doing a custom icon on the map and they accommodated our request and put customized text as well. The customer service rep was very sweet, great communication and when the piece arrived, we loved it!!! I was so excited to get exactly what we wanted. Turnaround time was pretty quick and they were very responsive throughout the process.
