Taylor & Brandon showed up right on time and did a fine job. Taylor found a leak in a water line that we did not know about and repaired it. I am sure it saved us from having a major problem down the road.

From the initial contact with Carolina Water Heater & Plumbing Service until the project completion, this company exceeded all of my expectations, as well as doing an outstanding job overall.I had reached out to several local companies for a quote on the removal of two traditional hot water tanks and installation of a tankless water heater system. We had the best experience with Carolina Water Heater and Plumbing. We had a new unit installed incorrectly with a big remodel and they were able to identify the problem and fix some issues that took place at original install. I am thankful they were NAVIAN certified plumbers, because now we have found someone who will do all of our work.
