We had a deep well go down on Saturday. I called JpAnderson (Jody and Colin) and Colin was on the job very early Sunday. He and his teammate diagnosed the problem … and got to the bottom of it. They replaced the faulty well pump and placed it at 225 feet deep to compensate for fluctuating aquifer levels. They also installed a new pressure tank and reconfigured the connections to the Culligan water purification in the pump house. All done before noon and the guys were off to complete their deep well drilling job. I say hard work and great customer service are worthy of recognition. “Well Done!” TomP

When calling to set up maintenance, Brittany was very helpful and had me on the schedule within two days. It was such a blessing. Collin was wonderful. Knowledgeable and very patient when he came to do the maintenance on our system. He was very good at explaining the working of the system and extremely through. I felt as though he was actually looking out for me and not selling me something. He even went the extra mile by helping filling in around the well that the rain water had washed out. Very glad I decided to get the maintenance contract for our system.

I could not believe how quickly they scheduled me as a new customer. Jody's crew was super efficient and professional. They also charged me literally half of what the other well company estimated, and I was an existing years long client of theirs. Highly recommend.
