The staff at Lovelace Family Medicine is wonderful! They are compassionate and take time with the patients. I had a visit there yesterday and I was in the nurse triage area when a nurse received a call. The patient was facing a difficult family issue and need a refill on his/her prescription. The nurse not only got the prescription but she took time to listen to the patient’s personal problems and with him/her the best with the situation. This is what primary care is about!
