The hospital performed ACL surgery on a dog, and the care and attention was superb. They got a dog in for an evaluation during seizures, and the care, compassion, and support was so comforting during a difficult time. The place is spacious and clean, with plenty of parking. Dogs received vaccinations for things they never got before. They don't have the ability to test blood or urine on site, unlike other vets.
Dr Mock and the team were great. We’re visiting Fripp for the holiday and our golden retriever woke up with a gagging problem. Dr. Mock and the team met us outside and quickly confirmed there were no serious issues, just kennel cough. He subscribed some cough meds and we were on our way quickly. And their fees were very reasonable! Thank you Port Royal Vet for taking care of our Tucker!
I’ve had mixed experiences from here over the years but they helped save my dogs life and were honest about how they felt about his care and their comfort in handling it and I appreciate that. And they were constantly calling and checking on him even though he was no longer in their care and that meant a lot to us. Thank you for what you do!
I cannot say enough good things about Port Royal Vet Hospital and its staff. Our regular vet is in Georgia but this group performed a ACL surgery on our dog and the care and attention was superb.
This same dog just experienced seizures on Monday and this hospital got us in for an evaluation. As her health declined we knew it was time. We called around 415 and they got us in at 5. Once again the care, compassion and support was so comforting during this difficult time. I think they are awesome.
