“I've been a little disappointed with the mosquito control. But I talked to Tevin and Wendell today and they planned to give me a good treatment today, since it's the last one. This was their first time servicing my house and they really listened to my concerns. They found a large barrel behind my shed that was filled with water that had not been noticed before. “Had some issues with water getting in the crawl space through saturated soil… tried everything and could not keep the water out.

I called Bradley and his team at Foothills Moisture Control. He was very informative and gave me an excellent price point for such an extensive job.

They installed a French drain system, sump pump, leveled out the crawl space and added a very nice moisture barrier. They also installed a commercial grade dehumidifier! Now when it rains, I watch the water that once collected in my crawl space go out the drain pipe into the yard where it belongs!

10/10 recommend. If you’re having issues, don’t hesitate… just call them and have it taken care of the right way the first time.“
