Great Clips in Piedmont provides affordable haircuts for men, women, and children, with services including haircuts, beard trims, bang trims, and shampooing. The salon is open during evenings and weekends, welcoming walk-ins or online check-ins to minimize wait times. Customers have praised the stylists for their skill, speed, and friendly personalities. One customer mentioned feeling "frumpy" and leaving "revitalized" after their haircut. The staff has been described as kind and helpful, especially towards children. Liz, a stylist, was commended for her excellent work and kind treatment of a customer's son. Another stylist, Haley W, has also received praise for her amazing haircuts. The salon's value and employees are cited as reasons for customer loyalty, even when other options are available.
Everyone here has been great - friendly, polite, helpful. You can check in online through the app and see what the wait time is. Talk to your stylist and tell them what you want and they will work with you to give you what you're looking for. Or suggest what might work better based on your hair. I've gone there 6 times since my regular stylist retired a year ago. The only change between my old stylist and Great Clips has been the amount I pay. And how far I drive.
Awesome people that work here and give a great cut. Been going here since they opened years ago. Update: Several of the ladies in here cut my hair. I still continue to come here and also check in online....saves me time and head ache of waiting in the lobby. Everyone should download the app.
Haley is phenomenal! She always makes sure my hair looks perfect and has amazing attention to detail. This is the best great clips, all the girls here are super sweet and welcoming!
