For HOAs, Gen-X Security Solutions is a godsend.I was tasked by our HOA to explore installing a key FOB system for access to our neighborhood swimming pool. I obtained quotes from three (3) local vendors.This happened to be the case where the lowest bidder was providing the best service - and it was not even close. Their cost was literally 1/3 of the two (2) other bids.They installed a magnetic lock to our pool gate along with 4 video cameras to monitor the site 24/7.Thanks to the training Gen-X provided, the software was easy enough to use that we have been able to set up the licenses ourselves - although Gen-X will do it for you, if needed.
