I have been a client of Ms. Karen for sometime now (10+ years). She is always professional, informative, and patient. I have very thick natural hair that can be time consuming to detangle, wash, dry and style and I have never felt like a burden to her. I love that her shop is very personable with just you and her in the shop during your service. My 10 year old daughter also gets her hair done by Ms. Karen and also has very thick natural hair and she tells me all the time how gentle she is when she does her hair. I have been coming to Before and After for probably around ten years now maybe longer! Karen is the first hair stylist that has ever got my hair to really grow and be healthy! I admire the time and how attentive she is to my hair. If she notice areas that need work she makes recommendations on treatments or products that I can use to help strengthen and keep my hair looking great! I love the cleanliness of the salon and how she goes over and beyond to make sure her shop is clean and well sanitized! She’s not only a hair stylist but also consider her to a really good friend!
