Joel Parker responded to my roadside assistance need. He was WONDERFUL!! He was so kind and helped me get my car started. He arrived within 10-15 minutes. I am so grateful that he was the one who came to my rescue. He went above and beyond! I would recommend 85 Towing to everyone!
A HUGE THANK YOU TO SLEDGEHAMMER!! Sledgehammer is truly amazing! After a frustrating experience with another technician who couldn't fix my flat tire, I had to called for a tow. That's when Sledgehammer came to the rescue! He promised to try his best to remove the tire before towing me and he delivered. Not only did he successfully remove the tire, but he also patiently guided me through the process and explained what had happened. I'm incredibly grateful for Sledgehammer and his assistance last night!
On 1/14/23, while on my way to the GSP airport for a pick up, my vehicle lost power. I was in contact with 85 Towing and Recovery. David, the Grinch, towed us to the next exit where I tried to arrange a taxi ride to the airport. No answer. David arranged a ride to the airport from a relative. There are still kind and thoughtful people in this world. David, you are one of them.
