James came out incredibly fast to assist with a clogged drain. Helped get our system back online within an hour of calling. Been using Riggins for the last two years and had great service each time. Would recommend them to anyone who’s looking for someone who is reliable and knowledgeable.

It had been quite some time since any maintenance had been done on the hvac system. James came out same day and took care of my unit for a very reasonable price. James was professional, honest and courteous. It's so hard to find good service providers, I wish he could do all my home maintenance/repairs!!

Responsive and Honest! I live several hours away from my rental property. They were very responsive and came out quickly, diagnosed the problem and had us up and running in no time. They helped us avoid any issues with our tenants. I trust them to be there and get 5he job done. Very kind and friendly. Only AC shop I'd use in the upstate!
