Great care. Clearly passionate about animals and offer all of their attention. Considerate and efficient. I bring cats and dogs and they are very well taken care of by the entire team. The smiles start with the front desk all the way to the end of the visit.
Dr Hutchinson is a wonderful vet who really cares about my dog, and the vet techs here, like Matthew who took care of her yesterday, are wonderful also. I am so happy my neighbor recommended Mountain View to me. And they are so affordable here also, because I think they truly want what is best for your pets. Willow was skin and bones and almost all her fur gone when I found her last year. They let her come in right away, so I dropped her off the first time. Dr Hutchinson and her staff helped to get her healthy. Most of her hair has grown back and she has put on the weight she needed.
They are very responsive and saw my cat twice on a same-day urgent basis. That makes a world of difference. My first impression wasn't very good but I have since decided to try again because so many people with cats have had a positive experience. My 9-year old cats are not barn cats - they sleep in the bed with me and never go outside. They are also very sweet when being handled by clinic staff. I just don't think they should be grabbed by the scruff of the neck and dragged out of the carrier when they are completely docile. I am trusting that won't happen again.
