I moved into a home recently that was built just 3 years ago by GSH. I was not the original homeowner thus didn't have access to the home warranty information. I decided to reach out for help regarding an issue that resulted from poor grading on the property. I was willing to pay to have the professionals come out and quote a repair. I know that grading and erosion are seldom covered in a home warranty so I asked if an evaluator could come out to help me decide what can be done.
