We couldn’t be more pleased with our experience with Kyle. From the very beginning, Kyle went above and beyond to make sure our home was built right and that we were completely satisfied. Even after the house was finished, they continued to stand behind their work, coming back to address small repairs and make sure everything was taken care of.

It’s rare to find a builder with this level of integrity, pride in their work, and commitment to their customers. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend Kyle and his Team to anyone looking to build a home. One of the best builders I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with.

We have nothing but good things to say about our build experience with Kyle Boerner. From his attention to detail to his excellent communication skills, Kyle has all bases covered. There was no part of our build that did not meet or surpass our expectations.
Kyle is patient as well as accessible. He is an on-site builder. He communicates wll with long distance clients (such as us) through the co-construct app, sharing pictures throughout the process, and using all methods of communication to make certain the client is kept current during the build process.
We have worked with other builders and found Kyle to be our favorite by a mile. We highly recommend him.

Great experience with Kyle. He was straight forward, extremely organized and wonderful at communication. His work is excellent and he made an incredibly intense process much easier. Would absolutely recommend him again and choose to work with him again!
