I was so nervous to pick our custom home builder. I knew we wanted someone that was not only excellent at what they do but we enjoyed working with them because there are a million decisions. We wanted them to be trustworthy and a good communicator. We met and spoke to a few builders but when we were able to sit down with Kyle we had a really good feeling about working with him. We got to see some of his work and hear feedback from other clients and really had a peace that he was a great fit for us. Kyle and his team did an incredible job on our home. We love it! We chose Boerner Construction to build our retirement home and we could not have made a better choice. Kyle, his team and subcontractors are a group of talented, hard working individuals, and the quality of work exceeded our expectations. Kyle and crew provided quality work and met timelines promptly. Communication was made easy through the website, which provided weekly pictures and updates. We highly recommend Boerner Construction! They built our custom home two years ago and we could not be happier with the outcome. Kyle is very hands on, trustworthy, and communicates very well throughout the building process. I recommend this business to everyone who asks.
