This review has been a long time coming. We had our pool project done in 2023. During the install I had open heart surgery and just missed out on doing a well deserved review. I cannot explain enough how wonderful our experience was getting our pool projected complex by Jerry and his team. We ran into sone very unique challenges with our project and Jerry explained each concern and ways to correct with a caring its going to be ok approach. Our beautiful pool would have never been done correct by any other company in the upstate. We were so lucky to choose B&B pools and grateful to have Jerry as a friend now. B and B Pools is the premier pool go to in the Upstate! We had to wait about 5 months for installment BUT it was SO worth it and we would do it all over again! Jerry and his crew are phenomenal! Our pool was installed 2022. We would definitely purchase again if we sold and moved.

Great customer service. We needed help picking out a new pool liner so we stopped in to check them out in person. Josh seemed happy to assist (despite it being the last hour before close) and had a wealth of helpful insight to offer. He was very patient with our many questions and made sure we saw pictures of the liners we were interested in after installation so we could get a better idea of what the final result would look like. We were able to narrow it down to two options and look forward to having them install it once we make a decision.
