I had a leaking boot ( that I stopped with Flex-Seal twice ) around the vent at the bathrooms and got tired of looking at it every time we would have a heavy rain to make sure the stain was not getting any darker. I called Resilient Roofing and Repair and they were there the next day. They replaced the boot, wood and shingles. Two days later we got about an inch and a half of rain in less than an hour and no leaks.
