I gave the owner a $2000.00 deposit for landscaping and irrigation work he was to do at my home. He took the money and NEVER returned.Home owners - BEWARE. I have reported him to the SC DEPT OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS who is investigating this matter. If I do not receive my $2000.00 back I will sue him in Civil Court.BTW - He is a PASTOR at THE COVENANT MISSIONARY BAPTIST CHURCH in Georgetown, SC.
