My realtor recommended Paragon for my new condo renovation.Back in May I have a meeting with Kadin the Designer Managers and Slate one of the owner about the renovation. I explained that was a eight floor penthouseAfter the meeting we agreed to meet around September on the condo to decide if they will go forward. I contact them with a time on September for the meeting they set it for September 11 @ 10:00 I makes flight arrangements and took a 4 days pass as I station in Fort Gordon, Georgia I flight on sept 10 immediately I landed I sent a email to Kadin of my arrival the next day I was waiting for the appointment and for my dissatisfaction they didn’t show up or call me. I wait until around 11:30am and star calling without an answer around 12:30 Kadin call telling me that it was a misunderstanding because the crews was in there and they have the wrong number he said he was in Charlotte with a client I was surprised as he make the appointment for me he come up with the excuses that his crew survey the building and they found out That they are unable to do the job. First I told him so why you didn’t do that’s back in May when we first talk and make and appointment the he have no plans to attend and makes me expend a flight ticket to never show up.also if the crew was on site why they didn’t when to my apartment Kadin was able to give them the correct phone number bottom line he lie to me and I’m sure he forgot about the appointment and come up with that lame excuse. I have no issues if they wasn’t able to do the job but you never took a look of the property you make a decision just looking outside the building.to me that extremely POOR customer services specialist when they knew I was coming from another state.Glad the that happens before I even decided to do any business with them I can’t imagine the poor service they will give me.
