Exceptional services, friendly staff, and Dr Germain has an eye for making you look your best and the knowledge to deliver! I've been a patient for over 15 years and I'm always amazed at the great results. No wonder Dr Germain is Charleston's # 1 best dermatologist!

Germain Dermatology (Pawleys Island location) has been terrific for me and my family. There is ease of getting appointments and they are super accommodating and helpful. I get any of my questions answered almost immediately via phone or their texting system. They are very accessible. For any of our issues they have been able to take care of the problem. They are great !

I had an eczema emergency. I was headed out of town on a Friday and would not be back home for a week and half. My eyes were really swollen and red. Not only did I look horrible, my eyes were in horrible pain. They fit me in and I was able to stop and get a treatment of steroids on my way out of town. Not only did they fit me in, but they were gracious, and still took time to talk to me about some possible things that lead up to the flare up and future treatment options.
