Walmart DC 6073 in Pageland, SC, is a distribution center that receives trucks for unloading. While some drivers report quick unloading times (1-2 hours), others have experienced waits of 3 to 6 hours. Brenda in the Receiving office was extremely polite, friendly, and professional, making deliveries here a pleasant experience. The facility offers an upstairs bathroom for drivers, and staff notify them when their belongings are ready.
It's recommended to use GPS coordinates (34.797984 80.411145) for accurate navigation, as the street address may lead to the wrong location. Drivers should note that early check-in is allowed only one hour before the appointment time. Truck stops like Loves and Exxon are located nearby; the Loves across the street from the entrance is especially convenient, being 20 miles from the freeway. It’s best to arrive early to find parking there, as they can fill up quickly, especially after 5 pm.
The Walmart distribution center is typical, with friendly staff at the guard shack and inside. Check-in and check-out are usually smooth, with turnaround times of about 2-6 hours, depending on the unload. OTR drivers can use the outside lane at the guard shack, where they can open doors, slide tandems, chock wheels, and disconnect, allowing for a quick in-and-out process.
Dry van Appointment was 4:30pm
checked 2:45pm out 5pm. Great staff
Easy in & out , MAKE SURE TAKE PICS of wheel chocked , slide tendums , dockec door with door number # and unhook , go back to checkin office and show them .
LOVE TRUCK STOP CROSS STREE
Easier than most WMDC, almost 5 stars because it looks like they'll let you break outside gate on way out. Love's nearby, along with a few small stations. Bathroom, vending. Busy but typical WMDC with docking. I guess flip flops are the uniform🤣
It's just like any other Walmart but has a lot of filthy dirty spots trailers everywhere nowhere to park while waiting for a door. They are very friendly and move pretty quick expect to be here 2-4 hours which is pretty normal for a Walmart
