Premier Pinestraw has given us excellent service twice now and I look forward to them doing so in the future! Very professional and attentive to their work. They use top quality pine needles, they are always on time, and I hope they will be around for many years to come. It just doesn’t get any better!

Premier is our only go to pine needle company. You can’t beat the customer service from the get go, the price and great quality of the pine needles, to the delivery with care and a smile. It is worth the wait.

Let me start with very good customer service. I called on Monday 2/24/25 was told I could pay in cash, day of delivery and installation or received an invoice. I choose cash as I like to tip good service. The female who took the call was professional and courtesy. I was told I be placed on schedule and received a message via text as well as email on my schedule delivery date. I received a text and email on Wednesday 2/26/25 that my installation would occur on Thursday 2/27/25 between the hours of 9 -11am. There employees arrived at 8:53am.
