Suzanne was wonderful! She was able to fix a terrible haircut that my son got from another place. He didn't even want to go to school with the cut he had. She worked me in very quickly even though I was not an established client and worked her magic. My son was happy when we left and that alone makes me a happy mama! I've rented from Laugh n Leap twice now and had experiences both times. The houses are clean and get set up and picked up on time and quickly by friendly people. Booking online is super easy too. One example of a positive experience happened just today when they came to set up one of the 4-in-1 houses. I had asked for the Cars logo for the bounce house, but it wasn't in the truck. Without hesitation they went back to get it and brought it right over. I would definitely recommend them and will rent from them again!
