Talk about helpful and customer service oriented! Jessie, a lovely salesperson, went to great lengths to satisfy our request for a case of seltzer that just arrived and was wrapped on a pallet. She personally opened and dismantled the entire shipment to get to our preferred flavor, which of course, was way down on the bottom! She did it happily and pleasantly and we so appreciated her! Way to go Walmart! Wish our local NY stores had service like that!

All of the employees I encountered on my 7 different trips were very friendly. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the store felt cluttered, other then that it was a good Walmart.

I have no reason to defend WalMart but I do want to comment about the reality of the situation.. In this location Saturday is checkin day for most of the houses and condos.. Almost all the people want to buy their groceries that day. So Walmart is always packed here on Saturday night. It is a resort town. Secondly if they are packed they must be doing something right that people still want to go there. There is a TJ Maxx in the same shopping complex, a Home Goods nearby and several other grocery stores for example, Publix, Food Lion, and Kroger.. However, on Saturday, they may be crowded too.
