1/7/23: I chose the $18 car wash and was very disappointed. The car was only dried on one side and the black cloths used to wipe the car were so damp that it left a smeary streaky mess which makes me think they had been recycled without going thru the laundry. The vacuum nozzle was clogged with trash that I could not remove so i had to move my car to another spot. The parking lot was full of trash like cup lids, hair ties and other debris and very unkept looking. The parking lot needs to be blown every day; it was a total mess. Every location in MB is a sham broken non sucking vacuums that dont work water down bottles of 90% watered down junk to clean inside of the car not to mention they use 3 squirts of soap for each car $15 insane every location I've been to the same story high prices for low quality service! I would gladly pay if the vacuums worked and they didn't skimp on soap and other products!

Everytime I enter the wash area Terry is there guiding me safely onto the track. He pre sprays my car thoroughly and sends me into the wash with a smile. While wiping my car twice I have accidently locked myself out of my car and Javin has offered me his cell phone to call onstar to unlock it. They are very helpful and pleasant everytime I go there.
