From the moment I walked into the showroom and spoke with Jennifer to after Oliver installed the new tile backsplash in my kitchen, I have been impressed with the amazing customer service and professionalism of everyone at Forever Floor & Tile. I couldn't recommend them enough.They let me take several tile samples home so I could feel confident I was selecting the one I truly wanted and liked the best. Ben showed up the next day to take measurements and pick up all the samples. Jennifer was quick to send me a proposal on the two samples that I liked, and I was then able to make a final selection. We decided to tile our newly built sunroom. We were undecided on what to put as our tile and met Everett at the North Myrtle Beach store. He was wonderful in assisting us with colors and styles. He kept us up-to-date through the entire process. We felt like he truly wanted us to be happy with our purchase.The installation was done within a very quick time after deciding on the material. We were amazed as this was right before the Holidays. The installer of the tile was absolutely amazing. He was very professional and did an amazing job. I stopped by Forever Floor and Tile at Loris. Was very impressed with the variety of floor selection. Everett was very helpful and knowledgeable with the type of flooring. The samples that I chose arrived in a timely manner and installation of my flooring was done professionally. Everything was cleaned upon completion and I would highly recommend Forever Floor and Tile.D. Moser
