I don’t even know if she is still open. She did our taxes for years. Always filed an extension (not requested by us) therefore making us have to pay Interest on what we owed, then charged us which made the price to have our taxes prepared much higher. Then, we were notified there was a problem with the way our 2022 taxes were filed. she said she fixed it and sent it in but never did. Now she refuses to respond to our calls or texts. Very unprofessional. We are still trying to fix our 2022 taxes with no help from her.

Save yourself from aweful customer service and terrible job. After unpleasant experience in her office Brenda daughter, I belive her name is Sheryl, she faild to send all documents to IRS and SC Department of Revenue. Because of that me and my husband were fined. When I called her to tell her that she was rude and telling me that was not her job. They lost one decent lady that worked there and got the job done. I will never be back again.
