“I have very white hair. I booked an appointment on line with Carly for low lights. I thought it would give me some dimension. I tend to look washed out. She texted me after hours to clear up what I was looking to do. I thought that was outstanding. We discussed all the options and decided I would dye it a light Grey. She took so much care to make sure it wouldn't be too drastic. I loved the color. I thought she went above and beyond to make sure I liked my new color. I recommend her highly.
I also mentioned I had bags under my eyes. She recommend Mary Kay under eye cream. I was hesitant because I haveused at least 7 other products that didn't work. She assured me that I could return it if it didn't do the job. I tried it right away and to my surprise it worked. You can actually feel it tighten up the area.
