Robert addressed many items found along the way that were not part of our original scope of work and treated our house like his own. Bob is great. He knows how to build and repair anything and everything. He actually overbuilds and secures all his work at a very very fair price. He built several roofs for me and a few friends. He had to rebuild my ramp for my mother and it is stronger and more secure than ever before. His work is excellent and his workers clean up after themselves. They are all very concerned that they are doing what you want them to do. I highly recommend 1st Maintenance to anyone who wants a professional and fairly priced job.
