I have worked as a vendor with Yellowstone on many major projects, both businesses and residential. Their staff, particularly the Senior Account Manager Kevin Reed, has always been quick to answer emails and address my concerns. Kevin has gone above and beyond expectations with anticipating issues and working to quickly resolve new ones as they arise. He truly is delivering the Yellowstone promise of Excellence in Commercial Landscaping.
**I would like to edit my review as we received payment for our incorrect charge. The original check finally made it to us a month later & it was postmarked August 23rd. They put a stop payment so we could not cash since we all assumed it was lost. They sent a new one two day UPS and arrived with no issues. I appreciate the communication and attentiveness at the end too bad it was not for the entire duration.Please do yourself a favor and try to find another company for your landscaping needs.Unfortunately our Company had a terrible experience as we wrapped up our 12 month contract. I was so pleased! Josh came out and walked me through everything I wanted and needed to do. He was knowledgeable and offered some great insights and advice to my landscaping and drainage needs. I had Yellowstone install a 50'+ French drain, 6 evergreen trees, over 70' of edging and finishing mulch. Zach and his crew came and were fantastic! From start to finish they communicated with me and did an outstanding job with everything. Grateful to have had such a wonderful crew. My yard looks amazing!
