I was scared to go to the VA tbh. But from the time I entered there were easy to follow directions for check in, front desk staff pointed me in the right direction, and everyone from primary care to mental health has been helpful and seem to genuinely care about patients.
Only been there twice , as i have been seeing private doctors thru my work insurance . Found this clinic to be nice and clean and ample parking to park . The staff there is friendly and my assigned doctor is great . So far so good and i hope it continues. This place is no different than private settings i have been to . People complaint that there is no cafeteria . I don’t care i go there to be checked out and not to eat . If i want to eat there are dozens of places along the way for that . So far I have been very pleased with this clinic and hope nothing changes to make me feel different.
