First off I would like to thank the ladies at Simplicity for everything they did! During my time of sorrow they made my life a lot easier! Even after the process they reached out to check on me (it’s the small things mean a lot)! Again thank you ladies for your kind words and emotional support!!

The enclosed letter in your packet to us has been very helpful in directing me of what needs to be done after the passing of a loved one. My experience with the staff at Simplicity: Lowcountry Cremation and Burial was wonderful. From the very beginning with the pickup the gentleman were respectful, kind and caring with me as they removed my husband from our home. Once at the Nth Chs location the ladies took over and contacted me in the same respectful and caring manner. And weeks later they are still checking in on me! Kudos to Amy, Christian, Todd and Riley for turning a sad and somber event into a wonderful experience.
