Vanessa is so sweet and accommodating. She altered my 2nd dress I wore to my surprise wedding. She added a bigger bow, took it in on the side and replaced the missing pearls. It was her idea to go with a bigger bow and I loved it. Excellent customer service. I definitely recommend.
Vanessa did an awesome job on my bridesmaids alterations! My zipper popped the day of the wedding and she was able to replace it in literally 1 hour! She saved the day with that one!! Definitely goin back!!
