Nate put together a personal program based on my strength and fitness level which he tweaked and updated weekly. His program was easy to follow, and he was always available for consult if I had had questions. Each month we would meet in person for reassessment and further tweaks if needed. The process was easy to follow and affordable.
I'm happy to say I met my goal of hiking 105 miles of the Appalachian Trail and had the time of my life!
